Will someone contact me after placing the order?
we will contact you over email after receipt of your order and payment. Generally we contact within one hour of receipt of the order during business hours, however, you should wait for a period of 4 hours, before writing in to us. I will require the references used for my writing. Will you provide the same?
Yes, all references used for writing shall be submitted to you at request.
Is there a guarantee that I will get my work on time?

Who will write my order?

How will you submit the work to me?
Work will be sent to you through email as attachment in MS word, Excel, PPT or as software output files. In case the work files are heavy, we will send them using dropbox or wetransfer.
I need to submit more files for the writer, how should I do that?
You can submit all the possible files for the writer/editor through the online order form, however, if you have more files to be submitted, you can send them to online order email@example.com. Do not forget to mention your order id in the subject line of email.
